Susan WilkSusan Wilk, founder and certified instructor, is a veteran meditator who knows firsthand the wide ranging benefits of meditation and the practical application of meditation to daily life. Susan first explored meditation as an antidote for grief and found not only comfort, but that the practice of meditation can impact one’s life for the better, both personally and professionally.

Susan is a certified instructor and teaches students in personal, business, academic, healthcare, and non-profit settings. Her students come from many walks of life and at varying stages of life, seeking relief from the stresses of their personal or professional lives, or support for treatments of physical issues such as high blood pressure, insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, and side-effects of chemotherapy (Note: not a substitute for medical advice). She is dedicated to sharing these techniques to benefit her students’ varied needs.

Susan also has an extensive business and legal background. Thanks to this experience, she is familiar with the demands and stresses of the workplace – from the viewpoint of managers and staff alike. She teaches employees facing the demands of job performance, as well as the stresses of job loss and being in transition.

Through No Place Like Aum, LLC and Focused Mind Dynamics (for business and legal profession clients), Susan provides clients with innovative programs offering integrative approaches to stress management, based in meditation.  Her programs are tailored to the needs of the client and are offered in person (where available) or online.
